It sleeps up to 6, with queen beds, two bathrooms with bathtubs, a Pack ’n Play, kid-friendly gear, and plenty of beach essentials — chairs, umbrella, towels, and cooler.<br /><br />The condo is clean, comfortable, and casual — not luxury, but great value for its unbeatable location. Air conditioning is available throughout the living room and both bedrooms, and all rooms have smart TVs, WiFi, and high-speed internet.<br /><br />The building is older and laid-back, with a relaxed, friendly vibe. It’s a mix of vacationers, part-time residents, and a few full-time locals, so it feels like a home away from home. It is not made for large adults. <br /><br />- POOL was remodeled in 2024 and is OPEN!! <br /><br />- PRIVATELY OWNED CONDO: Please be aware that you are renting a privately owned condo in a laid-back complex in a casual beach town. The condo is older and many of our guests are families with small children so there may be signs of wear and tear - everything is not perfect! The unit is always professionally cleaned, and we repair or replace any broken items as soon as we are notified, but if you are looking for a brand-new luxury condo - this is not it!<br /><br />- NEW REFRIGATOR - Brand new Refrigerator as of December 18, 2025<br /><br />- NOT A HOTEL: This is not a luxury hotel or resort! Please don't expect the same amenities as a hotel or resort. We do not provide hotel-type services such as laundry and housekeeping during guest stays so bed and bath linens and consumables are NOT replenished during your stay.
