With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, it sleeps four people comfortably.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This 767 sq ft Kihei oceanfront condo has two comfortable California king-sized beds in the bedrooms, with a queen-sized pullout couch in the living room. A kitchen, fully stocked with pots and pans and all other necessary accoutrements makes preparing meals a breeze. A kitchen table with five chairs as well as a dining table on the lanai with six chairs are provided for your dining pleasure. Wifi, flat-screen cable TV, air conditioning as well as ceiling fans are a few of the creature comforts offered in the best beach condo in Maui. Both bathrooms are stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, lighted make-up mirror, wash cloths, hand towels and bath towels. Located in the closet are six beach towels, two beach chairs, an umbrella and ice chest for your use at the beach along with sand toys for the kids. In case of inclement weather we have board games, playing cards and paperback books to keep you entertained while you wait for the tropical rains, which are warm and fleeting, to blow back out to sea. Everything you need for a relaxing family vacation is waiting for you here!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />While staying at the Mana Kai Maui resort, guests have access to the saltwater swimming pool, general store, beach equipment rental, activities desk and both fitness & business centers which are located in the basement. A picnic area on the grass near the beach is also available for guest use complete with barbecues for outdoor grilling!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Hawaii State General Excise Tax (GET) 4.166%, Hawaii State Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) 10.25% and a new Maui County Transient Accommodation Tax (MCTAT) 3.0% are charged on the total of the nightly rate and cleaning fee. We request this after booking so that the guest is not charged taxes on the the Airbnb fee.
