This updated, partial oceanview, modern 1 bed 1 bath condo comes equipped with a fully set up kitchen, California king sized bed, full size washer/dryer, TV, beach gear, internet, shared jacuzzi and pool, and (NEW) AC in the bedroom! Enjoy watching the whales during season, viewing the Maui sunset, and relaxing with a beverage and a book on the large lanai in the front of the condo. Located in North Kihei across from Kalepolepo Beach Park, this small complex is a peaceful Maui gem!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This space contains a dining room, a large lanai, couch + TV, kitchen, a full bathroom, a bedroom with a Cali king-sized bed with a laundry room. Towels and linens will be provided, as well as shampoo and conditioner.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will have access to the entire grounds which includes a shared grill, pool, and jacuzzi. The pool access code is in the check in instructions.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />-We prefer under 5 nights of reservation. Anything longer than that is subject to our approval. <br /><br />-Checking in time is after 3PM and Check out time is before 11AM<br />We can try to accommodate an earlier check in or a later check out ONLY if there is no bookings before and/or after your booking. When there is booking before and/or after, there is only 4 hours of window for the cleaner to come and clean the place. The cleaner does not live in the building.<br /><br />-Please DO NOT use the white towels as cleaning rags. We have lost about 10 of them due to guests using our towels as rags in the past 3 months. We do not like charging our guests with anything that is damaged. So, please help us to keep the place economical for everyone. Please use the paper towel provided to clean.
