Welcome to Unit 303 in Building G at the Makena Surf Resort!<br /><br />You will be staying on the third floor in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with 1,038 SF of living space overlooking your own resort-private snorkel & swim beach (Chang's & Turtle Town). You simply cannot get closer, or have better access, to private amazing beaches in Maui without staying on a boat.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Unit 303 is a large condo with a very private beautiful lanai that offers you unusual privacy and total seclusion from traffic or any kind of noise but the ocean's surf. You will enjoy a large living room with an oversized sectional sofa that connects with a small cozy dining room and includes a wet bar for your convenience. The kitchen has every convenience including an ice maker on the fridge and granite counters throughout. <br /><br />The views and sounds of the ocean extend the entire length of the living and dining area with dual access from either side and are southerly, by direction; perfect for watching migrating humpback whales from January to April.<br /><br /><br />The primary bedroom is oversized with a large king-sized bed that has a private en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The guest bedroom has two regular sized twin beds with Jack-and-Jill access to the bathroom that also adjoins the hallway and is accessed by the common rooms. The two bedrooms are situated away from the living area, making it ideal for families travelling with small children. Each bedroom has its own large, flat screen TV. The entire condo is air-conditioned (central) with heat however the ocean breezes and rhythms of the sea are a true treasure of our condo.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The Makena Surf Resort will welcome you with a lei upon arrival and you will have many amazing amenities to keep you occupied right on the property including two amazing reclusive beaches, Chang's Beach and Po'olenalena (translates to "Yellow Head", aka "Paipu Beach"), BBQ outdoor terrace, tennis and pickle-ball courts, a large common pool and in-ground hot tub.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The listing is new but has been rented with a great track record for many years due to new ownership (Jan 24). The new owners have invested a great amount of money into replacing outdated linens and fixtures with high end items.
