Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is located on 3rd floor at the Kihei Akahi complex. Newly renovated kitchen. We have installed not 1 Air Conditioner but 2 Air Conditioners! One AC is located in the Master bedroom and one AC is located in the Living room. <br />Great ocean views from the lanai. <br />Kihei Akahi is a "Hotel Zoned" complex compliant with STR (Short Term Rental) legislation<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Features include: In Suite washer/dryer, Air Conditioning in Living Room and Master Bedroom, electronic Kaba door lock (no clunky lock box to fight with), complimentary 5G high-speed WiFi, LED 45 inch flat-screen TV in the living room (with Netflix,Prime, etc.) The lanai is spacious and comes equipped with both, Hi top bar table/stools and a separate table that seats 4.<br /><br />The Master bedroom has a California King size bed and en suite. The 2nd bedroom has 2 x twin size beds. The 2nd washroom is located in the hallway.<br /><br />The kitchen is stocked with every cooking utensil you will need, including barbecue accessories. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, stove and fridge. For fun on the beach, there are 4 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 1 cooler and lots of large beach towels. Tastefully decorated, you will feel right at home yet with a subtle island flair to remind you that you are no doubt in paradise.<br /><br />Free parking in a dedicated parking stall is included. The property has 1 tennis court / pickle ball court, 2 gated pools with plenty of chaise lounges and 2 BBQ areas with gas BBQ’s for grilling up your steaks and fresh seafood. <br /><br />Kihei is beach-combing territory on Maui’s southwest shore, the sunniest and driest end of the island.
