Welcome to our newly upgraded, 2 level condo with views of the tropical courtyard, pool and ocean beyond. The master bedroom is a loft overlooking the living space & the second bedroom is on the main level.<br /><br />Luana Kai in Kihei, features an outdoor pool, a putting green, pickleball courts & jacuzzi. The location is oceanfront with a beautiful walking beach, and there are many great swimming beaches minutes away. <br /><br />This vacation rental is on the third floor with no elevator.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Unfortunately we do not have air conditioning but we do have ceiling fans & portable fans that keep things cool & circulate the air.<br /><br />Kihei is centrally & it is primarily made up of vacation rentals along the beach and it is perfect for families. It is also the ideal location for getting to nearby Wailea, the Up Country, as well as the Kahaului airport.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will be able to acess all space except for a locked owners closet at the base of the stairs.<br /><br />Additionally we have a closet filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards for taking to the beach.
