We provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, there is NO snorkel gear.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />There is a queen bed in each bedroom. It is well equipped with beach gear, and washer/dryer inside the unit. Free Wi-fi, and parking. You will enjoy a quiet room. Fully stocked kitchen and living area. Maximum occupancy is 4. Full access to Pacific Shores' beautiful pool, 4 gas barbecue grills and hot tub. Walk 5-10 minutes to amazing local restaurants and bars. Walk 7-10 minutes to grocery shopping. Centrally located. We are not set up for wheelchairs or disabilities that need a shower chair, shower bar, or fixed grab bar for toilette.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />There are no T-moldings on the floor. So no tripping hazards in the condo. There is a rail for the screen door which can be a walking hazard.<br />There is an elevator but there is no wheelchair access in the condo. the doorways are to small. There are no wheelchairs allowed in the condo.<br />You will also have access to the whole condo lanai, one parking spot, hot tub and the pool area. <br />We supply: 4 beach towels, 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler and a frisbee.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />House Rules:<br /><br />Live Aloha. Please treat our home and our neighborhood with respect.<br /><br />This is a smoke free property. No smoking of any kind on the Lanai or in the parking lot. This includes no e-cigarettes. There is designated spot a legal distance from the pool. <br /><br />No Children under the age of 8 years old.<br /><br />No glass in pool area. There are plastic dishes provided in the cupboard to take to the pool. Adhere to all pool rules.<br /><br />Do not take any of the bathroom towels out of the condo. You have beach towels which you can take outside.<br /><br />Do not put any dryer sheets in the dryer.<br /><br />Do not put any shoes in the washing machine or drier.<br /><br />Honor complex quiet time which is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.<br /><br />You cannot hang anything on the Lanai or lanai furniture such as towels, bathing suits or clothes. Do not put any surf boards beach chairs or anything else on the lanai.
