Relax and unwind on the spacious shared patio after a day of adventures, all while enjoying the comfort of air conditioning inside.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />There will be roof repairs and solar install summer of 2025. This work will be limited to weekdays 8 to 4. The roof is 5 stories up from the condo and noise will be limited, but there will be some noise and activity on site.<br /><br />This is a queen bed studio guest suite similar to a small hotel room. It has a microwave and mini fridge, there is not a full kitchen or utensils. Fortunately there are many wonderful restaurants nearby. The opaque jalousie windows facing mauka, toward the mountain, in this unit provide privacy and natural light, there is not a view. As you step out of the unit you are greeted with a view of west Maui mountains from the walkway. This guest suite is on the same floor as the pool and grill shared patio area for easy access to outdoor cooking and additional dining space to spread out.<br /><br />Kihei is centrally located on Maui, and you can easily do day trips to the west side, Hana, up country, and Haleakala.<br /><br />Check out Maui Wave Riders for beginner surf lessons right across the street at the cove. There is a dive shop, restaurants and bodega down stairs. <br /><br />Mauka of the building (mauka means towards the mountains), is South Maui Gardens. This area has amazing coffee shops, pizza, food trucks, and occasionally live music in the evenings all embedded in a beautiful garden setting.<br /><br />This is a self service condo, but as a host I want to make sure your stay is 5 stars.
