Smoking is only permitted in designated areas on the property grounds.<br /><br />No Parties: This property is a mix of vacation rentals and private residences; please keep the atmosphere respectful and calm.<br /><br />Pool Safety: For the safety of all guests, no glassware , balls or inflatables are allowed in the pool area.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Occupancy: Maximum of 6 guests allowed.<br /><br />Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.<br /><br />Smoking: Strictly no smoking in the unit or on the lanai.<br /><br />No parties permitted.<br /><br />Parking stalls are reserved.
