Larger than most units in the area, offering plenty of space for your friends and family to relax and unwind. Extra large double lanai, plus a smaller north facing lanai from the 2nd bedroom. Each room has King size beds, and the main bedroom has an ensuite bath. Both bathrooms and the all countertops have been recently updated. 2 steps into the living room, with everything else on one level. Full size sofa-sleeper in the living room. In unit Washer and Dryer for guest use.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />This is a ground floor unit with a few stairs up from the road. There is free parking for guests on the private road. Plenty of parking even when busy. The road leads down to S Kihei road which quickly connects you to the Wailea-Makena area or to Kihei.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Maui Hill is a private resort hotel with some units being timeshare, some management owned, and some privately owned.
