It is spacious with high ceilings, an open floor plan and an expansive lanai (11' x 20') overlooking the well manicured tropical gardens. The lanai is partially covered and a great area for relaxing. It has a large table and seating to enjoy eating your meals al fresco. Sliding glass doors and pass-through kitchen windows allow the lanai to be an extension of the great room and provides a feeling of living outside. Ceiling fans (living room, dining area, bedrooms) keep the air moving and an A/C unit in the master bedroom keeps it at the perfect temp for you. Hide-a-bed sofa (queen size) in the living room means the unit comfortably sleep 6. There's also a full sized clothes washer and dryer.<br /><br />The condo has a keyless entry system which uses the latest security technology. All access is controlled by codes for the entry door lock. You do not need to worry about driving to a rental office, losing keys at the beach, or meeting at the property to let others in.
