Enjoy your stay at our 2BA/2BR condo in Maui’s desirable S. Kihei.<br /><br />This our family's lifetime vacation home and we love the convenience & perfect location of this uint. Within the walking distance (~5 minutes) to Kihei's famous Charley Young Beach and Kamaole I Beach, you're free to enjoy the beach. Not to mention the unit is also close to bunch of local stores, restaurants in S.Kihei, Kihei Cafe, Coconut's Fish Cafe, Surf school and more for you to explore<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />ALL TAXES AND FEES ARE INCLUDED IN THE GRAND TOTAL<br /><br />The condo is at 3rd floor with elevator access.<br /><br />There are 2 bedrooms, each with a Queen bed as well as a private bathroom. One of the room is equipped with a TV powered by ROKU player. To handle the hot wave in Maui, each room also has their own AC and ceiling fans.<br /><br />For living room, there is an AC to cool down the whole unit, we also have a a TV powered by ROKU player with Amazon prime video account.<br /><br />The kitchen has all the essentials if you want to enjoy lunch/dinner at home. There are also in-unit washer&dryer in the kitchen area. The patio has two outdoor chairs if you want to feel the breeze during the night.<br /><br />We provide beach amenities(Beach towels, and Beach chairs...) and supplies(shampoo, hand soap, dish soap...) for bathroom, kitchen and laundry. It is our hope that you spend as much time on the beach as possible and not spend your time or money on these conveniences!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have access to the entire home. Self-check-in code will be provided 48 hours before arrival.<br /><br />Parking spot will be provided and you're also welcome to use all the amenities in the community: pool, BBQ etc.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />By default, Airbnb does not collect HI Transient Accommodations Tax or General Excise Tax. The additional amount for "occupancy taxes and fees" is 11% Hawaii State TAT, 3% Maui County TAT and 4.5% GET, totaling 18.5%.
