Situated directly on Sugar beach you have immediate access to several miles of white sand beaches for walking or sunbathing.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This is such a fun, delightful place! As Scuba divers we wanted to bring the ocean indoors! Whether you are a diver, snorkeler, beach walker, bird watcher or sea-gazer....you will love this condo. Sugar beach is steps away with miles of a walkable -nearly private, white sand beach. Just a walk away is the Kealia Bird Sanctuary and wetlands, and five minutes the opposite direction is the world's most delicious shave ice, and the Kihei Canoe Club. Located at the quieter end of Kihei with easy access to all the rest of the island 15 min to the airport, 10 min to Maalaea Harbor or Kihei Boat Ramp (both Dive/snorkel boat departure points for Molokini Crater.) Five minutes to the heart of Kihei shops and restaurants.<br />The condo is well stocked with everything you need, and great attention to details. There is split AC, as well as a lovely breeze.<br />The bedroom offers a beautiful king -size, canopy bed with tropical carvings. There is a queen pull out sofa in the living room and two full bathrooms. The kitchen has full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, both traditional and keurig coffee makers; everything you need can be found.<br />There is a lovely pool, lounging area, outdoor shower and BBQ/picnic area. We provide beach chairs, and beach/pool towels, an ice chest, as well as all linens.<br />Did I mention the 360 Degree views from the 6th floor!! From the entry walkway to the condo you can see South Maui, Molokini, and Haleakala. From bed you can see the ocean! From the living room and lanai you can see the West Maui Mountains, Kealia bird sanctuary wetlands and Ma'alaea bay.<br />The Humpback whales will be visible just off-shore from Dec. through April The Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary Visitor Center is just down the road. <br />A great spot to watch sunsets in the evening and moonsets in the morning!<br />If you want to split your time on Maui between the ocean and "upcountry" (jungle/mountain setting!) we have adorable accommodations in Makawao as well-including a 5 bedroom if you have additional guests coming. There is a laundry room available on each floor for guests.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We do our best to provide everything you may need. Beach chairs, towels, kitchen accessories....
