Small boutique development.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Over 1400 square feet gives you room to spread out: the Master suite has a king, a second bedroom has a queen bed, and a third bedroom sleeps two in twin beds or converted to a king. There is a den with a futon and TV, separate from the expansive living and dining rooms. The table seats eight in upholstered, padded chairs. A large pool is perfect for lap swimming in the summer in its rainforest setting. A garden area of birds and mature trees allows space for kids to play. Besides the master bath with walk-in shower and a hall half-bath, there is a full bath with a large walk-in shower. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and more windows, so the chef can still enjoy those panoramic views and cool breezes that only top-floor condos away from the beach enjoy. If you want to be close to the beach, but be able to retreat to quiet and calm, this is the place for you. Large, luxurious – it is no wonder that the developer built this very unique, huge condo for his own family.<br /><br />There are 24 steps up to this "treehouse" condo: no elevator. They are broken up into three short flights with roomy landings. The master bedroom and common spaces are air-conditioned and the condo is equipped with large, quiet ceiling fans in every room.<br />This condo can also be rented as a 4 bedroom by adding the adjoining ohana queen bedroom with separate entrance.
