While we do not anticipate major disruptions, guests may occasionally hear light construction noise or see painters and scaffolding in some outdoor areas during the day.<br /><br />We truly appreciate your understanding as the property undergoes these improvements, and we remain committed to making your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Maui is located in a tropical climate and insects and lizards flourish in this environment so it is not uncommon to encounter them. To avoid attracting pests, do not leave any food out uncovered and promptly clean up all crumbs. <br /><br />⭑Tax<br />Per State of Hawaiʻi law, all bookings are subject to General Excise Tax (GET) - 4.712% and Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT) - 14%. These taxes are not included in the nightly rate and will be added to the total.
