There are no further charges beyond the grand total shown here on Airbnb unless additional early check-in or late check-out options are requested after booking.<br /><br />THE SPACE:<br />This one-bedroom condominium unit at the Maui Vista resort in the sought-after Building 1 which is the building in the condo complex that is nearest to the ocean, features clean decor that is modern and comfortable. Furnished inside the condo are amenities such as: granite countertops in the kitchen and bath; cool tiled floors throughout; California king-size bed with side tables and air conditioner and lamps in the bedroom and living room; sofabed and tables in the living room along with a flat-screen TV. For your convenience there is a washer/dryer inside of the condo. Provided in the kitchen is a wide variety of silverware, dishes, plates, cups, glasses, mugs, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, bakeware and cookware. Kitchen appliances including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and range with oven and cooktop. Small appliances include a toaster, coffee maker, blender, and crock pot. Wall-to-wall tiling throughout the living room and bathroom spaces. There is an air conditioner in the living room in addition to one in the bedroom, plus a ceiling fan in the living room.<br /><br />A set of bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and beach towels are provided, as well as two beach chairs and an igloo cooler. A small starter supply of liquid shampoo, body wash, and hand soap, plus toilet paper, and paper towels is provided, enough to help guests through their first couple days until guests have more time to purchase additional supplies of these items as needed. <br /><br />This is a fun place to get away for singles or couples to enjoy while relaxing and entertaining during a fun-filled stay on Maui!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The common areas at the Maui Vista resort includes beautiful tiled pools, barbeque areas each with gas grills and seating, and tennis courts. The balcony lanai faces West so guests can enjoy views of magnificent Maui sunset skies. There is free on-site parking in the parking lots adjacent to the building.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There is a free wi-fi connection for this condo unit, (subject to rare but possible outages, like any other internet services that can go down...) The name of the wireless network and password are provided on a card inside the unit.<br /><br />Parking at the condominium complex is also free, and there is no designated parking stall, but each guest will need to obtain a free parking permit from the front office as soon as the front office is open.
