Just 25 steps to the beach from your private lanai - this ground floor, ocean front condo makes a perfect home base for exploring all that Maui has to offer.<br /><br />**annual pool closure for maintenance will be Sept. 14-28, 2026<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This comfortable 1 bedroom 1 bath getaway is located in northern Kihei on the longest continuous stretch of sand on the whole island - perfect for morning & sunset walks. We are centrally located and easily accessible to all parts of Maui. <br /><br />There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed (really only suitable for kids) in the living room and can accommodate couples and families up to 4 guests. We have recently placed granite countertops in the fully stocked kitchen and have newly renovated the shower. <br /><br />There is a stacked washer/dryer and wifi with air conditioning, overhead fan & cable tv in the living room and bedroom. With a beautiful pool, hot tub and sauna on property, everything is ready for you to have a relaxing retreat!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We provide 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella & cooler for your use while staying with us. We will provide a ‘starter pack’ of Items in the condo for your use. That includes travel sized shampoo, conditioner and soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, dish sponge, dish soap, trash bags and 3 rolls of toilet paper. All other items are to be purchased by guests and are not provided.<br /><br />The property of Sugar Beach Resort is open - pool, hot tub, sauna & bbq area are available for guest use. <br /><br />Annual pool & hot tub closure will be September 9-15, 2024<br /><br />We are not responsible nor do we guarantee community amenities - the condo management may occasionally close pool/hot tub, etc. for reasons out of our control.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />380130140120, TA-145-072-2304-01
