Aloha from Maui. <br /><br />Our beautiful, spacious, Resort Condo is located at Kamaole III Beach Park...one of Maui's finest swimming and snorkeling beaches! The space is well equipped: with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, beach gear, comfy king bed, spacious private lanai, and new for 2024...A/C in the bedroom.<br /><br />Our resort features 2 pools, jacuzzi's, pickleball, exercise room, and convenient BBQ areas. <br /><br />A great selection of shops, restaurants, beaches and activities and all are nearby.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />We have been renting for over 18 years, and have 100's of reviews (with an average of 5 stars) on other major travel sites.<br /><br />Our condo has been renovated and features: fully equipped kitchen, high speed wifi, Cal King Bed w/ ensuite bath, 2nd full bathrooms, fold out queen sleeper sofa in the living room, in-house washer and dryer, Tommy Bahama beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler), cable TV w/ surround. <br /><br />Our condo is most comfortable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 young children, or 3 adults.<br /><br />New for summer of 2024 is separate a/c master bedroom (plus large ceiling fan) along with another a/c for the rest of the unit. Most of the time a/c is not required however, and you can leave the front and rear doors open to enjoy the trade winds flowing through the unit. <br /><br />Rates includes: Hawaii State Transient Accommodation Tax of 10.25%, Maui Transient Accommodation Tax of 3.0 %, Hawaii State General Excise Tax of 4.167%, and a cleaning fee of $180.<br /><br />The front desk will charge a Resort Fee at check-in, which is $40 for the first night and $3 per night thereafter. (FYI - Resort fees are standard in Hawaii and average approx $40/day at the large resorts)<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have access to all our condo and lanai, which is approx 900 sq ft , and all resort amenities, which include: pools, jacuzzis, BBQ areas, fitness center, tennis courts, 24/7 front desk attendant, and a weekly Hula party with local music.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />390040040263, TA-093-317-9392-01
