There are no further charges beyond the grand total shown here on Airbnb.<br /><br />THE SPACE:<br />This one-bedroom condominium unit at the Maui Vista resort in the sought-after Building 1 closest to the ocean, features cozy decor that is comfortable. Furnished inside the condo are amenities such as: modern furnishings, King size bed with side tables and air conditioner and lamps in the bedroom and living room; couch and tables in the living room along with a flat-screen smart TV with streaming internet apps and channels. For your convenience there is a washer/dryer inside of the condo. Provided in the kitchen is a variety of silverware, dishes, plates, cups, glasses, mugs, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, bakeware and cookware. Kitchen appliances including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and range with oven and cooktop. Small appliances include a toaster and Mr. Coffe style coffee maker. Wall-to-wall tiling throughout the living room and bathroom spaces. There is an air conditioner in the living room in addition to one in the bedroom, plus a ceiling fan in the living room.<br /><br />A set of bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and beach towels are provided as well as a starter supply of shampoo, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. <br /><br />Plus we provide two beach towels and two beach chairs for your use as well.<br /><br />This is a fun place to get away for singles or couples to enjoy while relaxing and entertaining during a fun-filled stay on Maui!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />THE RESORT AMENITIES<br />The common areas at the Maui Vista resort includes beautiful tiled pools, barbeque areas each with gas grills, and tennis courts. There is free on-site parking in the parking lots adjacent to the building.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There is a free wi-fi connection for this condo unit, (subject to rare but possible outages, like any other internet services that can go down...) The name of the wireless network and password are provided on a card inside the unit.<br /><br />Parking at the condominium complex is also free, and there is no designated parking stall, but each guest will need to obtain a free parking permit from the front office as soon as the front office is open. You may park in whichever spot you choose each day of your stay.<br /><br />Please, be respectful to each and every item inside the condo, and ensure to be careful with all of the items that are furnished, and please ensure that items inside the condo remain inside the condo at the end of your stay for the next set of guests to enjoy. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas on of the property.<br /><br />Another important thing to note is that spraying or applying or wearing sunblock or suntan lotions or bronzers or other colorants or bleaches inside the condo or on the lanai is not allowed, as these chemicals tend to stain furniture, sheets, or towels, and creates a film on glass and mirrors.
