Inside the condo, you’ll find beach toys and games for the kids, along with essential items like a pack & play, highchair, infant bath seat, and a baby gate to keep those curious climbers safe. To ensure your baby’s comfort, we kindly ask that you bring your own crib sheet. For the adults, we provide a variety of beach gear including two skim boards, folding chairs, a beach umbrella, a wagon, beach towels, paddle games, bocce ball, racquets and balls, and more!<br /><br />While the Maui trade winds provide natural cooling throughout the winter months, our unit is also equipped with mini-split AC units in the master bedroom, living room, and loft to keep you comfortable during warmer days.<br /><br />Situated on the fourth floor, this unit boasts some of the best views in the complex. For your convenience, an elevator provides easy access to the unit, making it perfect for strollers and luggage. Additionally, the AOAO offers rolling carts to help transport your bags from your car to the condo with ease.<br /><br />Stay connected with our high-speed cable internet, offering 200/10 Mbps speeds. The living room features a smart TV with cable service and streaming apps, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a new fridge, dishwasher, and a microwave/oven combo. For added convenience, there’s a stacked washer and dryer right in the unit.<br /><br />The condo includes a queen bed downstairs and two twin beds upstairs that can be converted into a king-sized bed upon request. If you choose the king configuration, we provide a 2" memory foam topper to ensure you have a comfortable sleep without the discomfort of the gap in the middle. The living room couch also doubles as a queen sleeper with a memory foam mattress for extra sleeping space.<br /><br />The unit features a full bathroom downstairs with a bathtub, while the upstairs loft has a smaller, convenient bathroom with a shower. Please note that the loft is open to the living area below, so if you’re looking for complete privacy, this may not be the best fit. However, the open design is perfect for families with young children, giving parents the peace of mind to hear the kids from the living room or lanai.<br /><br />We’ve designed this space with families in mind to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to the entire condo as well as the Maui Vista common areas including three pools, 6 tennis courts, and 6 BBQ grills located on the property. The AOAO also does a great job with the landscaping, so enjoy this peaceful oasis!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />You will need to check in with the front desk upon arrival to register your vehicle. Parking is on a first-come-first-served basis. If there aren't any available spots in the building 2 lot, there is more parking on the other side of the building. Each unit is allowed a single parking space, but a second space is available for a small fee (check with the front desk).<br /><br />Maui has a tropical, humid climate, which means pests can be present. The Maui Vista HOA helps manage this with quarterly pest control treatments. Please note that interior pest control service may occur during your stay.
