New in-unit washer/dryer. The kitchen is well equipped. Kitchen supplies include plastic dishware and barbecue tools for the pool area. The pool, hot tub and barbecue area is beautiful, quiet, and large, and is located in the center of the complex's square amidst a tropical garden. <br /><br />Both bedrooms have queen beds. The living room sofa can be used for the fourth person with extra linens. The upstairs bedroom has a privacy door, an access window (open or closed) overlooking the living area, and an en suite bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom on the main level shares a full bath, including a tub/shower, with the living area. Our lanai offers a table and four comfortable chairs. Ocean view to the right and mountain view to the left.<br /><br />Walk to great eateries, Nalu's, Peggy Sue's Cafe, Coconut Fish Cafe, and the casual and tasty Amigos Mexican Food. Or walk 600 feet to the beach for sunset or for beach time! <br /><br />Also included are beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler.
