Welcome to the Maui Kamaole. You are going to love the very private and tranquil setting of low density condos amongst expansive and peaceful tropical grounds. Waikiki hotel this is NOT!! Besides the partial ocean view this condo has one of the best scenes of any 1 bd rm in the complex. Most other condos look at the driveway, other buildings, hedges, etc. <br /><br />This 1060 sq ft townhouse has master bedroom and two full bathrooms. Front garden lanai overlooks the pool, tropical grounds and partial ocean view. There is also the private back lanai. <br /><br />We are conveniently just steps to the MK lower pool. With that close proximity there can be daytime noise when the pool is busy. However there are new pool quiet hours 6pm to 8: close so all can enjoy the Maui evening. <br /><br />All new SS kitchen appliances. New 65” smart TV. Added 55” TV to bedroom. Many other new accents as well. <br /><br />Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher. All your needs to make snacks or full meals. High efficiency washer and dryer. Master bedroom features California King bed, 55” TV and nice wood furnishings. Living room features new 70" flat screen smart tv with free: dedicated WIFI, cable, and one reserved parking space.<br /><br />Two air conditioners (bedrm & liv rm) and three overhead fans. Front & back sliding doors that when open create a nice cooling cross breeze without A/C. We have a guest storage area that is fully equipped: beach chairs, towels, umbrella(s), coolers, boogie boards, etc. Guest storage closet contents will vary with guest use.<br /><br />Hawail and Maui have many taxes that total 18.5% (HI: accommodation, excise, county surcharge & new 1st of kind worldwide 0.75% environmental tax as of Jan 1 , 2026. MAUI: accommodation tax) that help keep this paradise beautiful.<br /><br />Please feel free to inquire with any questions you might have.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The Maui Kamaole property features two pools (lower is salt water), two hot tubs, two tennis courts, expansive tropical grounds, many bbq pavilions and on-site office and night-time security. The lower pool/hot tub area just outside our door has been recently upgraded. The upper tropical pool has a waterfall and more secluded hot tub area. Included is one complimentary reserved parking spot is right our front of the townhouse (about 40' away).<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />For those with late night departure flights we really recommend that you book an extra day. Due to housekeeping scheduling, other guest bookings, etc. extended very late check outs cannot be given. Similarly with early arrival flights or check-outs from elsewhere very early check-ins cannot be given. Please plan accordingly. <br /><br />Pool hours: 9am - 9pm. Hours and pool rules are strictly enforced (especially regarding noise and horseplay). As our unit is 30' from the lower pool there can be some minor background noise during busy times. There are new 6pm - 9pm quiet hours at the pool. <br /><br /> We find that opening the sliding doors front/back in combinations with the overhead fans allows the tropical breezes can be even more effective/pleasant than AC. We do have AC (bedroom and living area) as well.
