Furnished inside the condo are amenities such as: full kitchen, washer/dryer; Air conditioner units both in the living room and in the bedroom; Queen sized bed plus a TV also in the bedroom; couch and side tables in the living room along with a flat-screen smart TV with streaming internet apps and cable TV. Provided in the kitchen is a wide variety of silverware, dishes, plates, cups, glasses, mugs, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, bakeware and cookware. Kitchen appliances include refrigerator, microwave, and electric range with oven and four-burner cooktop. Small appliances include a toaster, coffee maker, and blender. The name of the wireless network and password are provided on a card inside the unit.<br /><br />Parking at the condominium complex is also free, and there is no designated parking stall, but each guest will need to obtain a free parking permit from the front office as soon as the front office is open.
