The only beach in Maui that was once reserved for Hawaiian Royalty is less than 300 footsteps (from the front door of your condo to the edge of the ocean)! This is a very popular beach for canoeing, kite surfing, viewing sea turtles and whales, or simply basking in the sun. Picnic tables, grilling areas, free parking, and outdoor showers are also available at this beach. Do as much as you want or as little as you desire. The National Humpback Museum and Maui's only Whale Education Center are also on this same beach, just steps away from the condo. Both places offer free educational classes and plenty of free, outdoor telescopes so you can get an "up close and personal view" of the Humpback Whales as they swim, jump, and play in the ocean just in front of the museum. ;) <br /><br />We also offer a pool, jacuzzi, outdoor showers and outdoor bathrooms at the pool, a BBQ area with picnic tables, a laundry center, very strong WIFI and fast internet speeds for online working (we have the highest, upgraded package), plus lots of fruit trees and beautiful, tropical, fragrant flowers. <br /><br />We are also one of the only complexes on Maui with a really nice tennis court right onsite. We are happy to welcome tennis players who are die hard about having a place to hit where they can also swim, eat, relax, and play. The vaulted ceiling adds an open and airy feeling. <br /><br />~ There is an extra thick, Queen size Memory Foam Mattress that was purchased for $1899. The mattress is super plush and extra comfortable, it is on a Murphy Bed. There is also a Queen size sofa sleeper with an upgraded memory foam mattress and no bar in the middle. The sofabed was purchased in 2025.<br /><br />~ Sorry, but no smoking allowed INSIDE the condo or on the lanai. <br /><br />~ Please note this is a studio; therefore, the queen bed and queen sofa sleeper share the same space (see photos). <br /><br />~ This unit is extra special because it is one of the only units in the complex that has a double lanai (deck patio) spanning two full lengths of the condo. There are also additional windows, plus all the floors are tiled. <br /><br />~ From the extremely spacious lanai, you will overlook the entrance to the complex and parking area and have views of the on-site tennis court, the colorful courtyard with plenty of vegetation and tropical flowers, a very clean swimming pool complete with an outdoor shower area, an extra large jacuzzi, outdoor restrooms, plenty of gas grills, and even picnic tables. There are separate sitting areas on your lanai (outdoor deck) for you to enjoy. ;)<br /><br />~ Other amenities inside the condo include keyless entry, beach towels, beach chairs, bath towels, tennis rackets and tennis balls for two adults, a cooler, a beach umbrella, an iron and ironing board, a laundry basket on wheels, a folding luggage rack, and even a First Aid Kit. We have cable TV. We offer a DVD player and many DVD movies to choose from that are all genres. We also offer family games, a CD player, and Maui guidebooks. <br /><br />~ For your convenience, there is a coin and credit card operated laundromat on site with 20 full-size machines. Please note that we do not provide laundry detergent as it's a personal preference item.<br /><br />~ Your condo is within walking distance (less than 1 mile) from grocery stores, churches, restaurants, shopping, a gym, nightclubs, the post office, Fed Ex, medical facilities, hair and nail salons, and even banks/ATMs. For added convenience, the bus stop is just steps away from your front door.<br /><br />~ Your daily price includes free parking, free WIFI, air conditioning, and a 32" Samsung Smart Flat Screen HDTV which also allows internet viewing. <br /><br />~ There is also a Blu-ray HD DVD player, lots of DVDs provided, 2 ceiling fans, a stocked kitchen with appliances, a Brita water filtration system, plenty of cookware, assorted ovenware, plus lots of extras like a blender, coffee maker, a French press, a toaster, a teakettle, a microwave, a rice cooker, and even a hair dryer. In addition, we provide "starter kit" supplies in the bathroom and the main kitchen. Upon arrival, you will find 2 fresh rolls of toilet paper and 1 fresh roll of paper towels for the kitchen. This will be enough to get you "started". Our goal by providing "starter kits" for household paper products is to prevent the necessity for you to have to shop for these items during your first couple of days in paradise; after all, you are on vacation. Almost all of our bookings are back to back (same day in, same day out) which makes things trickier. If you have a late flight out or an early flight in, we highly recommend that you consider booking an extra night if it’s available to better accommodate your flight schedule if you want to arrive early or depart late.
