As of April 2026, everything has been refreshed and restored, and we’re excited to welcome you back to the island.<br /><br />Enjoy cooling ocean breezes and stunning ocean and mountain views from this special unit, one of only four with both. From November through April, you can often spot whale spouts right from the lanai; we’ve seen as many as 12 at once.<br /><br />The unit includes reserved off-street parking, cable, and high-speed internet. The bathroom features a large massaging shower, with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided for your stay.<br /><br />The fully stocked kitchen includes a microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishes, and glassware, perfect for anything from a gourmet dinner to pineapple pancakes on the lanai.<br /><br />The bedroom features a king bed with ample closet and shelf space. For your beach days, we provide chairs, a beach bag, boogie boards, and a cooler.<br /><br />A washer and dryer are available on the premises. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (24 steps, no elevator). Brand new AC units were installed in both the bedroom and living room in April 2026.<br /><br />Come relax, recharge, and enjoy everything Maui has to offer.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You have full private access to the entire condo, along with the building’s pool and BBQ area.
