This lovely remodeled studio is perfectllocated and convenently located close to the hot tub, pool, BBQ & outdoor dinning area. Parking is free & steps to our first floor unit. Enjoy the A/C, smart TV/Wifi, or sit outside on your private lanai watching our colorful Maui sunsets.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This is a private studio condominium with a full kitchen, bathroom shower/tub, and dressing area. Appliances include coffee pot, toaster oven, rice maker, blender, microwave, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. There is one queen size bed, a queen size pull out sofa bed, and dresser. For dining inside or working during your vacation there is a two chair glass table. The unit is cooled with one AC unit and three ceiling fans. Lighting includes a floor and 2 table lamps and lighting on two of the ceiling fans. The large sliding glass door provides plently of natural lighting, and provides access to the private tiled lanai which offers a table, four chairs, and a tropical ocean view.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guest have full access to the condo unit and private lanai and free parking. There is a key code to access the BBQ & pool-side dinning area, the pool, hot tub, pool shower. The laundry room is indefinitely closed due to recent flash flooding. The Lipoa Laundry is confidently located. The unit key is attached to the key ring located on the bullentin board behind the entry door.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The Association has begun a re-roofing project on the Property. The dates for the re-roofing and solar panel replacement will be from November 20, 2023 through December 31, 2023. The other buildings in the complex will be started around mid January. The use of the pool and hot tub, and BBQ area will not be affected. REVERSE Parking is prohibited. A parking permit is located on the board in the Unit. Please hang the permit on the rearview mirror. <br />SMOKING is not permited in the unit, on the lanai or surrounding areas. Smoking is only permited in the designated smoking areas located in the corners of the the back parking lot. Smoking in the Unit will cause a $250.00 additional cleaning fee to be assessed to guests.<br />PLEASE return the parking permit & keys to the bulletin board inside the unit prior to departure to avoid a $25.00 each replacement fee.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />390011070056, TA-181-955-1744-01
