The Palms at Wailea (3200 Wailea alanui Dr.) is gorgeous with a pool, hot tub and a magnificent ocean view from the pool area. Unit #1801 is a spacious 2 bd, 2 ba ground floor unit with equipped kitchen, new appliances, full size washer & dryer, AC in every room, TVs, a Blu-Ray player, Wifi & phone. There is a king bed, 2 twins (or a king), and a queen sofa bed. Sleeps 6.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Unit 1801 is newly renovated. The unit now has AC in every room that keeps the whole unit cool and refreshing. The floor is newly changed. New appliances have been put in including a full size two door frig, microwave/oven combo, cooktop and full size washier and dryer. There is also a brand new Weber grill in the unit.<br /><br />Newly (2020) renovated the kitchen, both bathrooms and lanai. Our guests will enjoy the upgrades ! <br /><br />Sorry, we don’t offer our home for large party or celebration. If you plan to have more than 6 people in the unit, please let us know in advance. The complex doesn’t allow any unit to have a party with more than 8 people. Very much Thank you for respecting our condo rule! <br /><br />There are two bedrooms. The guest bedroom is made into a separate room to have better privacy. There are two bathrooms.
