A plush California king bed, a sleek modern kitchen, and an updated bathroom give the space a boutique hotel feel.<br /><br />We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels — just grab them and walk three minutes to Kama'ole Beach. When you're hungry, local favorites for poke, fish & chips, and shave ice are a short stroll away. Wailea's restaurants and resorts are 8 minutes by car; the airport and big-box stores (Costco, Target, Walmart) are about 25 minutes away in Kahului.<br /><br />The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware — pots, pans, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and more — so cooking in is always an easy option.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Parking is free on premise.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />A few honest notes to set expectations:<br /><br />Like many Maui condos, the electrical system has limited capacity. It's best to avoid running multiple high-wattage appliances at the same time.<br /><br />The water heater needs about 45 minutes to recover between showers — a good excuse to take turns and enjoy the morning at your own pace.<br /><br />We don't stock consumable pantry items (oil, salt, coffee, etc.) for hygiene reasons, though previous guests often leave some behind that you're welcome to use.<br /><br />We treat the unit monthly for pests and the complex treats it quarterly, but Maui's lush tropical environment means the occasional bug may wander in.
