This Kamaole Sands condo is a wonderful ground floor 1 Bedroom 2 Bath unit in a quiet location in the complex and a large lanai surrounded by lush tropical foliage. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and ceiling fans throughout.<br />My guests LOVE how your toes can be in the sand in about 5 minutes! <br />Note: Kamaole Sands has a resort fee (subject to change). Parking is close and there are no stairs to access this ground floor unit.<br /><br />For those with small children, I have provided a Pack-n-Play for use during your stay.<br /><br />We welcome travelers from all walks of life to our home away from home!<br /><br />All guests MUST register at the lobby, which is open 24/7. A parking pass will be issued. Guests without reviews or great reviews will likely be denied booking, at the hosts discretion.<br /><br />You will be given your own private keyless access code to use during your stay. No worrying about door keys! An instructional email will be sent to you 5-7 days in advance.<br /><br />Resort fee: I will collect the Kamaole Sands Resort fee directly from you (in advance along with the taxes) as the front desk wanted a touchless experience for check-in at the lobby (well as much as possible). The one time resort fee is $40 + tax. Flyers are placed near the front door several days in advance so you know when they will be there. If you do NOT want interior service performed during your stay, please notify your host upon booking or seeing the flyer so we may delay it. The spray is applied along baseboards at the floor level only and dries quickly. <br />Emergency access - if an emergency arises (such as a water leak) the resort management may need to access the condo for addressing the issue.
