It has 655 square feet of space plus a balcony lanai. <br /><br />There is an air conditioner in the living room, and there are ceiling fans both in the living room and in the bedroom.<br /><br />Includes full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, separate bedroom with King size bed, living room with couch that pulls out into a sofabed, a flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi internet, and free parking. <br /><br />The space is set up ideally for a maximum of two persons, as there is one King size bed in the bedroom and in the living room there is a pull-out sleeper sofa. <br /><br />WHAT'S INCLUDED INSIDE<br />A set of bed linens and pillows and a comforter are provided in addition to a set of bath towels and beach towels. A starter set of liquid soap, shampoo and body wash, coffees, paper towels, toilet paper, etc are also provided. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, gas range with stove and oven, plus small appliances including a coffee maker and toaster and blender, in addition to an array of kitchen utensils, silverware, glasses and mugs, plates and bowls, pots and pans, etc. The living room has a huge flat-screen TV with streaming apps, and dedicated Wi-Fi Internet. There is also a clothes washer "but noted: not a dryer" inside the condo. Two Tommy Bahama beach chairs and a small igloo cooler are provided as well.<br /><br />THE EXTERIOR<br />The condominium complex includes several mid-rise buildings surrounding courtyards with tropical plantings. Each building includes an elevator and trash chute for your convenience. On the grounds of the condominium complex are two gated swimming pools each with BBQ grills, and a gated tennis court. A key to access these gated areas is provided inside the condo.<br /><br />PARKING IS INCLUDED<br />Parking on the condominium property is included in the grand total. Visitor parking spots are located on the property for use on a first-come first-served basis.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />FULL ACCESS<br />Guests staying in the condo have access to the amenities of the condo which includes a spacious living room, a private balcony lanai, a full kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and bedroom with king bed.<br /><br />ELECTRONIC KEYPAD ENTRY TO CONDO<br />The front door features en electronic keypad for unlocking the door with an entry code customized for each guest, so there are no keys to pick up or drop off, making check-in after 4pm easy and check-out before 11am easy also. A key to the pool areas and tennis court is provided inside the condo.<br /><br />The entry to this condo unit is located on the second floor which can be accessed via elevator, wheelchair-accessible walkway, or stairwells. Guests are invited to let themselves in at any time after check-in time on their check-in day. Guests are requested to stop by the front office for a free parking pass for the free designated parking.<br /><br />Check-out is equally effortless: guests are free to simply depart at any time prior to check-out time on their final day, which is usually 11am or earlier.
