Don’t expect luxury. That is not what this is. This is a ground floor apartment 678sf in a small condominium complex located right on the main strip. You can literally watch everyone on the strip and across the street on surfboards from the sofa in the living room. You are that close to the action. When you walk out through the sliding doors, you are greeted by a small patch of lawn and then a fenced in pool a few feet away and then the street, South Kihei Rd. Across the street is the park and the ocean. Walk 100 yards to the right, you have flea markets, a shopping center, a supermarket, surfboard rentals, and famous restaurants like Three grills and Kihei Cafe, nail salons, hair salons, bars and so on and so forth. You don’t book our place because you want to stay in a resort; you book it because you want to be where all the action is. There is a washer/dryer to keep your towels replenished, dishwasher, convenient dedicated parking spot just off the street behind the complex and there is an AC in every room. Our place is the best representation of what it is actually like to live on Maui by the ocean.<br />STARTER PAPER PRODUCTS AND SOAPS INITALLY PROVIDED. Keypad for easy access. Parking space is no 4 and is free of charge; space is adjacent to the apartment. 1 PARKING space assigned for apt 4. <br />Apartment is ground floor, mid building. This is a condominium complex consisting of 16 apartments in one (1) building.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />No additional parking spaces if guests have 2 vehicles. Only 1 vehicle per apartment.<br />Pool is not heated. Pool hours are 8am-10pm. Quiet time must be observed 9pm-8am. Sofa bed linens are in the closet in the hallway for guest use. The sofa bed is not made up prior to checkin. <br />Washer/dryer is in the apartment free of charge.
