Panoramic ocean views from our penthouse suite are amazing. Across the street from Kam Beach 2 and 3 - two of Maui's best beaches. We had our first airbnb stay in November 2020 with a 5 star review (we primarily use another site with with 168 reviews at 9.8 out of 10). Completely remodeled in 2012, vaulted ceilings, two separate bedroom suites, chef's kitchen. Walk to eat and shop. We have a standard rental contract that we will provide prior to booking.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />At just under 1200 sf, with vaulted ceilings throughout, this unit has a very spacious feel. Our unit is the first in the complex at the 5th floor as the building steps up the hill, giving it one of the best views in the complex. It was the developer's unit when he built the complex because of the location and has been completely remodeled in 2012 including insulating and finishing all the ceilings to ensure the AC units cool the space quickly. We replaced the thin sliding partition between the second bedroom and living room with a wall and double doors to provide more privacy for the second bedroom suite. Makes it perfect for two couples, or kids. We have high quality mattresses, and have replaced furniture and the TV's to keep fresh and up to date. Our unit has only one neighbor on the same floor as we are the end unit, and that wall is masonry. We are on the top floor and that floor is concrete so you will not hear neighbors unless they are out on their Lani. <br /><br />Walk to great beaches across the street, shops and restaurants. This end of Kihei really is the perfect location due to the beaches and small beach town feel.
