Our tastefully fully-remodeled studio room is perfect for honeymoons, anniversaries and family stays! It is at the The Islander on the Beach Resort which is the Quintessential Hawaiian Style Resort on oceanfront property with tropical landscaping, swimming pool, hot tub, and a Tiki bar at the pool. <br /><br />Centrally located in Wailua and only 10 minutes from the airport. It is a<br />just a short and easy walk to grocery and shopping centers. <br /><br />In addition, there is free parking & no resort fee!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our ground floor unit makes for a perfect set up with no stairs to lug up suitcases and groceries. The private ocean and pool facing lanai is complete with railing for extra security. Our condo comes with a fully equipped kitchenette including a keurig coffee maker (stocked with coffee, tea, sugar and creamers), toaster, microwave, and all the basic kitchenware you need for grilling or reheating food. We also offer free wireless high speed internet, wifi TV, queen sized bed, and a full size sleeper sofa. The studio also has a mini split air conditioner that keeps the entire studio nice and cool. Beach gear such beach chairs and snorkels are also provided to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.<br /><br />Note: This condo is NOT part of the Aston Hotel. As such there is no resort fee associated, but also daily housekeeping is NOT provided, and guests are NOT able to use the on-site laundry facilities :-(<br />There is a laundromat in Kapaa only about a quarter of a mile away! ...Or we can arrange a mid-stay clean for an additional fee.<br /><br />Our studio at Islander on the Beach is fully remodeled. The tastefully decorated unit along with the pool, hot tub area and direct beach access make it perfect for a couple or a family of 4.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The studio is centrally located in Wailua (right between Poipu and Princeville) and only 10 minutes from the airport. Being located in Wailua makes our condos a great place to stay for some Kauai sightseeing, and you will love having close and convenient access to golfing, shopping, dining, and just about any other activity you can imagine. It is also just a short and easy walk to grocery/shopping centers. Also, within walking distance is the Wailua river valley, where you can kayak, explore waterfalls, or take a boat tour upriver to the beautiful Fern Grotto.<br /><br />The condo is situated near beautiful Wailua Bay and is only a short walk to Papaloa beach, a protected cove. Lydgate Park is less than a 5 minute drive which boasts another great protected cove.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
