An updated kitchen, baths and wood flooring in the condo. A king bed in the master bedroom, and a queen murphy bed in the living area.<br />We are on the second floor overlooking the Wailua Bay and then the Pacific Ocean. You can view whales in the winter months from the lanai.<br /><br />Walking distance to several great places to eat or get snacks and The Coconut Marketplace has been recently renovated. There is a large ABC store, more restaurants and shops there.<br />Our guests ALL remark on the beauty of our grounds and love the large pool near the ocean.<br />This condo has a portable air conditioning unit in the bedroom for added comfort for sleeping.
