An easy, comfortable East Side condo for living like a local in Kaua‘i.<br />Centrally located, it’s a great base for exploring the island, with the beach just a short walk away.<br />Inside, the condo is clean, minimal, and welcoming, with a king-size bed, air conditioning, a full kitchen, free parking, plus two pools and BBQ grills.<br />A relaxed, practical place to settle into island life — not a resort, but a place to feel at home.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Full kitchen with granite countertops and WiFi included.<br />The den is used as a bedroom with a king-size bed, vaulted ceilings, and air conditioning for comfort.<br />Enjoy the lanai overlooking the garden pool, with full access to the oceanfront pool, BBQ areas, and recreation room.<br />Located on the third floor (top floor, stair access only).<br />A 24-hour supermarket and organic market are within walking distance.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have direct beach access from the complex, just steps from the ocean. The condo and building are non-smoking, including the balcony. A designated smoking area is near the highway.<br />Shared amenities include two pools, a recreation room with a ping-pong table, and BBQ areas on the first floor.<br />You’ll also have access to the Kapa‘a bike path, great for walking, running, biking, or skating along the coast.<br />A coin laundry is a 2-minute drive away for convenience.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Kapa'a is centrally located, only 15 minutes from the Lihue airport and 20 min from Costco(without traffic). <br /><br />Explore Kaua‘i:<br />North: Princeville (golf), Hanalei Bay (surf/snorkel), Tunnels (snorkeling), Ke'e Beach & Hanakapi'ai Trail. Don’t miss Kilauea Lighthouse on your way.<br />South: Poipu for snorkeling, surfing, dining; Waimea Canyon & Kauai Coffee Co. Plantation.<br />Coconut Coast/Kapa'a: Stand-up paddle board, kayak or boat trips on Wailua River, family-friendly hike to Sleeping Giant, secluded beaches, or Oasis happy hour. Even though I love animals, one of my family member developed severe allergy. And since we live here more than half of the year I can't risk accept any animals including service animals.
