Our unit offers air-conditioning in the bedroom ONLY and sits on beautifully manicured grounds. Sounds of the ocean in the living room and convenience of shops within walking distance.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This ground floor unit is close to the pool and barbeque area. This makes for a perfect set up with no stairs to lug up suitcases and groceries. The private Oceanfront lanai is complete with railing for extra security. Our condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer in the unit. We also offer free wireless high speed internet, cable TV and DVD player, and a king sized bed. ONLY the bedroom has air-conditioning. The rest of the unit does not have air-conditioning. Beach gear such beach chairs and snorkels are also provided to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Kai Nani Condo is centrally located in Wailua (right between Poipu and Princeville) and only 10 minutes from the airport. Being located in Wailua makes our condos a great place to stay for some Kauai sightseeing, and you will love having close and convenient access to golfing, shopping, dining, and just about any other activity you can imagine. It is also just a short and easy walk to grocery/shopping centers. Also, within walking distance is the Wailua river valley, where you can kayak, explore waterfalls, or take a boat tour upriver to the beautiful Fern Grotto.<br /><br />The condo is situated directly over beautiful Wailua Bay and is only a short walk to Papaloa beach, a protected cove.
