Newly remodeled condo, comfortable decor. You are stepping back to true old Hawaii; all about proximity to the water's edge, this unique property offers rare views of the big ocean and coastline.<br />Offers privacy in a romantic setting. <br /><br />Located on the East Shore, just 18 minutes or 8 miles from the airport, our condo serves as the ideal launchpad for exploring all of Kauai. It is a central location and an equal distance from both sides of the island. <br /><br />Within minutes from our condo, discover numerous tropical mountain hiking trails and pristine beaches, and immerse yourselves in the natural wonders of Kauai. <br /><br />Walking distance to many restaurants, stores, jump on a bike and ride the historic Ke Ala Hele Makālae, or enjoy a Mai Tai on your private covered Lanai, all from this spectacular condo. <br /><br />This condo includes fresh, clean linens, Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and beach towels. A small day cooler and beach chairs are provided. There is a brand-new couch, counter seating, and very comfortable King and Queen beds. The Lanai has seating for four. <br /><br />Waipouli Beach has breathtaking sunrises, a tranquil, uncrowded atmosphere, and is a popular resting spot for the endangered Hawaiian monk seal, which is 20 paces from the door.<br /><br />After a long day, no need to search for a parking space as this Condo has a reserved Parking space just for you! Parking, WiFi, and Cable TV are all included. No resort fees either.<br /><br />The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, electric stove top, blender, tableware, and serving dishes. Outdoor BBQ, outdoor shower to use coming up from the ocean. There is a washer/dryer in the condo for small loads only.<br /><br />Ice trays are provided as the ice maker is disabled due to the ocean air.<br /><br />No daily housekeeping service. Towels and starter supplies are provided at check-in.
