This condo is midway between Princeville And Hanalei to the east, and Poipu to the south. <br /><br />*30 minutes drive to north or south Kauai. <br /><br />*DINNING and SHOPPING - Kapaa town offers so many restaurants, snacks, music, shopping all within walking distance of the condo. Coconut Market Place, an open shopping mall is directly next to the condo complex<br /><br />*BEACHFRONT RESORT - steps to white sand beach <br /><br />*SAFE, QUIET, PEACEFUL, IMMACULATELY MANICURED GROUNDS<br /><br />*Kayaking, windsurfing, snorkeling, helicopter rides, bike riding, day hikes, tours all within 30 minutes of this condo.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Pool, Hot Tub, Pool side bar, BBQ grills, white sand beach, 5 acres of immaculate grounds, beachside pathway for bikes and walking.<br /><br />Ice Machines at the bottom of the stairs at the end of the building further away from the lobby building. Our building is call Oahu.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Islander on the Beach, this complex, does NOT HAVE ELEVATORS. My unit is on the top, third floor which offers the best view. There are 4 sets of steps shown in the photos. Guests must be ok with climbing the 4 sets of steps.<br /><br />When you rent from me, an independent host, you get quite a savings on the rental rate as compared to corporate pricing. I checked other corporate sites and my ocean view unit is priced at $319/night before taxes! As such, the laundry room will not be available for your use and you do not need to check in at the front desk. <br /> <br />Everything else on the complex such as the pool, hot tub, barbecue grills, common areas are available to you.<br /><br />I will email you full check in instructions after you book the condo. <br /><br />All nightly rates subject to 18 % state of Hawaii and kauai accommodation tax<br /><br />100% of payment due at time of booking<br />Check out cleaning required<br />Check in time is 3:00 PM, check out time is 10:00 AM<br /><br />Check in and check out times are not adjustable. If you have a late departing flight, please consider renting an additional night to accommodate really late check out times. If you have an early flight arrival time, please respect the check in time of 3 PM<br /><br />No smoking<br />No pets<br /><br />Lost key fee of $35.00 is applied. Please follow instructions given for your stay. I have a two key system, one in lock box, another key for guest to use during their stay. This prevents accidental lost key or keys left in condo.
