No children; only two adults are allowed, and no early check-in or luggage drop is permitted. <br /><br />Check-in is 3 pm, and checkout is 10 am.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This charming private, romantic studio is one of the very few updated studios. Easy access, steps to the surf, big views of the Gardens, no railing to block your views, beautiful views of the ocean and tropical gardens from your lanai. <br /><br />Relax after a day of adventure in the hot tub and pool, which are steps away. Relax on your private covered lanai or take a stroll to multiple restaurants at the coconut marketplace just beyond our parking lot.<br /><br />Hukilaulanai and Lava Lava Beach Club- where you can sip on a Mai Tai and dig your toes in the sand are just two of Kauai's most popular dining destinations, located right next door. <br /><br />We provide beach towels, Bath towels, Hand Towels, wash cloths, dish towels, and a blow dryer. Parking and Internet are free, and there is no resort fee. There is no daily housekeeping service.<br />Towels and starter supplies are provided at check-in.<br /><br /><br />Studio has a brand-new KING bed, New TV, air conditioning, an overhead ceiling fan, dining for two, small sofa, coffee table, end tables, large dresser, large remodeled bathroom, closet in bathroom to hang your clothes, shower is completely remodeled, Kitchenette is completely renovated with ample counter/prep space, two mini refrigerators, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and more. <br /><br />Gas BBQ steps away, near the pool, hot tub, and ice machine outside, near the unit. The best part is that if you left something behind, you have easy access to your unit and Lanai without flights of stairs or views of guardrails.<br /><br />As an Airbnb guest, you do NOT have to pay the $27.00/day amenity fee. <br /><br />Once booked, be sure to download the Airbnb app for all the details and check-in instructions. Two adults only, no children or day guests allowed.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Pool, Hot tub, Free parking, Free WiFi, No Amenity charges, no resort fees. You have full access to the gardens, beaches. There are bikes, kayaks, and paddle board, snorkeling gear rentals nearby. Access to the Kauai's beautiful and only Coastal bike path along the beach. There is "No" onsite laundry access on property, however, we provide towel and or linen exchanges for a minimal fee.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />About 7 miles from the airport. Surrounded by bakeries and restaurants in the Coconut Marketplace.
