Perfect for your Big Island getaway!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Aloha! 🌴<br /><br />Welcome to Country Club Villas #314; your Hawaiian "Home away from home!"<br /><br />Conveniently located right off Alii Drive near the Keauhou Shopping Center overlooking the Kona Country Club golf course and Keauhou Bay - with ocean views for miles!<br /><br />This is a top floor unit with two bedrooms on the main level and a loft area upstairs connected by a spiral staircase. <br /><br />The primary bedroom features a California King Bed (slightly narrower and longer than a Traditional King Bed) with a private bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. This bedroom has large windows and sliding glass door to access the lanai and enjoy the views. A window A/C unit with remote has been installed since photos were taken.<br /><br />The 2nd bedroom features a Queen Bed with two closets and a ceiling fan. (All bedrooms have a ceiling fan.) We have been trying to get approval from the HOA to have a wall A/C unit installed in this bedroom; however, the HOA is unwilling to approve out request at this time.<br /><br />Across the hall from the 2nd bedroom is the 2nd full bathroom that also houses a stacked washer and dryer.<br /><br />The loft space is open to below and has two Twin Beds - perfect for kids or teens. There is also a built-in desk area great for an office space. A low-profile ceiling fan light with remote has been installed since photos were taken. (There is no A/C in the loft.)<br /><br />The main living area has everything you need to feel right at home from the fully stocked kitchen, dining area, desk, sofa and loveseat, flat-screen smart TV...with direct access to the large lanai that has another dining area for six. A large-room window A/C unit with remote has been installed since photos were taken in the living room.<br /><br />There is one designated parking spot (#314) out front of the walkway to the stairs and additional guest parking is available in the parking lot. The ability to climb stairs is required as there is one flight of stairs from the main walkway to the unit.<br /><br />Enjoy any one of the three pools at Country Club Villas each with hot tubs, bathrooms and showering areas. There are also two tennis/pickleball courts near the north pool. The HOA has several BBQs for grilling up at the middle pool for residents and their guests.<br /><br />This is a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay! It has been owned by the same family for many years and they have meticulously maintained and cared for it - enjoying countless stays with lasting memories.<br /><br />Mahalo! 🌺<br /><br />**Please note that we do not allow bicycles, no exceptions.**<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have access to the entire property, except for the attic storage room and one closet on the main level.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Country Club Villas HOA has House Rules that all guests must adhere to during their stay. <br /><br />Here are a few, however the full list of rules will be available to you during your stay.<br /><br />QUIET HOURS<br />10:00pm - 8:00am<br /><br />In addition to the quiet hours, we do not allow events, parties or gatherings of more than six people in the unit at any given time.<br /><br />NO SMOKING<br />The Country Club Villas is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside/outside the unit or on the lanai.<br /><br />COMMON AREAS, ENTRANCES & LANAIS<br />- No items like bikes, baby strollers, kayaks, surfboards, etc are allowed to be stored on the walkway entrances. <br />- No towels or wet garments of any kind are allowed to be hung over the lanai railing.<br />- Walking on the golf course is strictly prohibited.<br />- The HOA no longer allows BBQs on the lanais; however, they provide several at the middle pool for residents and their guests to use.<br /><br /><br />PLEASE NOTE: <br />- No pets are allowed.<br />- Shoes must be removed and not worn inside on the carpet.<br />- No bikes, strollers, etc. allowed on the carpet.<br />- Please pick up rolling luggage to protect carpet from getting dirty.<br />- This property has a 7-night minimum stay<br />- Must be at least 25 years old to book.<br />- Additional fees and taxes may apply.<br />- Photo ID may be required upon check-in.<br />- Total price includes a $300 cleaning fee for the entire stay.<br />- This 2-story townhome requires exterior stairs to enter.
