Absolutely no stairs to get to the condo or inside the unit. <br /><br />Once you arrive you will be surrounded by stunning carved wood furniture in this beautiful fully updated condo! <br /><br />The master bedroom boasts a stunning California king size bed with golf course and ocean views, ample storage, a private on suite bathroom with a walk in shower. <br /><br />Your guests will enjoy the guest bedroom featuring a queen size bed with ample storage. The guest bathroom has a brand new washer and dryer, shower/bath tub with a beautiful accent tile turtle. <br /><br />Next to the guest bathroom is a fully stocked beach closet with beach chairs, umbrella, pickle ball, yoga mats, beach towels, coolers and much more! <br />I also supply lots of reading material about the big island of Hawaii including travel guides and local authors.<br /><br />The kitchen has been beautifully upgraded with all brand new stainless steel appliances, stunning granite countertops, fully stocked with accessories like, rice cooker, blender, waffle maker, toaster, coffee grinder, popcorn maker, coffee maker, a kettle and much more! I supply a large amount of Hawaiian coffee, an assortment of tea, sugar, creamer, several spices, popcorn, cooking oils, and hot cocoa. <br />You will also find a wine bar with several different wines ( if you choose the wine can be removed before your visit) <br /><br />In the dining area you will find breakfast bar stools, a glass table that seats four, and a beautiful carved desk with a glass top<br />In the living room you will find a brand new leather couch with retractable foot rests, live edge wood coffee table, a leather lounge chair, a stunning built in entertainment center with tv, cable tv, high speed wireless internet.<br /><br />Outside you will find a large private lanai (patio) with ocean views and golf course views with two large comfortable chairs perfect for morning coffee while enjoying the ocean view, a table with four chairs, perfect for evening meals while enjoying the sunset! In the winter time don’t forget to keep an eye out for the humpback whales! Truly a little piece of paradise. <br /><br />My condo is stair free with a designated Parking Space directly in front of the condo!<br /><br />The condo complex offers 3 large swimming pools with spas, bbq grills, sun loungers, tables and chairs, tennis courts, and pickle ball courts. I highly suggest the south pool for an evening swim while watching the sunset!
