We highly encourage using the fans to assist the A/C and appreciate your help keeping energy consumption down!<br />________________________________________<br />⚠️ Resort & Booking Rules<br />• Adult Registration: All adult guests must be registered on the reservation for liability and resort access.<br />• No Parties: The HOA strictly prohibits Short-Term Vacation Rentals (STVRs) from hosting parties or overnight visitors without prior approval.<br />• Road Noise: Ali’i Drive is a main coastal tourist road. If you’re unable to print your parking pass or forget to bring it, just let us know — we’ll make sure you get one.<br /><br />You have full private access to all areas of the condo except for the owner’s closet in the hallway and the supply closet at the end of the hallway. Please respect these areas as private.<br /><br />Note: The bedroom, located at the back of the condo, remains very quiet. In the living room, you may hear some traffic noise during peak hours. Keeping the sliding door closed helps reduce this. She also provided chairs and an umbrella for us to take to the local beaches. The apartment was pristine and all kitchen appliances were new very very comfortable king size bed the bathroom was very clean. We loved the coffee she provided , as well as some fruits. Would highly recommend this Airbnb. And when visiting Kona would recommend you get around there are so many places to visit. I travel for work and stay at a lot of different places and this was by far one of the best places I’ve stayed. Everything is new and kept beautifully. The location is unbelievable. Such a relaxing and peaceful place in Kona. The host was amazing and super responsive. You can’t beat the view of the sunset from the beach. Overall I would say this place is a 10/10. 😍😍😍. I was traveling with my 1 year old and it was a easy place to baby proof which was a huge plus for me.
