Aloha! Our beautiful condo was remodeled floor-to-ceiling and it turned out exquisite! It's a one bedroom with a king size bed, one bath, living room, full kitchen, and small lanai. You'll find plush linens, velvet bench, leather recliner, and super comfortable sofa. There's seating at the breakfast bar for a quick meal or enjoy dinner on the lanai as you take in the spectacular sunsets in the evening. Restaurants, shopping, and a small beach within walking distance. Pool & communal BBQ onsite.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />In addition to the above, the following amenities have been provided: Coffee bean grinder and coffee pot, electric tea kettle, fully stocked kitchen (minus the food), blender, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, cable t.v., DVD/Blu ray player plus a selection of movies, bluetooth speaker, and charging station for electronics, free Wi-Fi internet, towels (including beach towels) and washcloths, hair dryer and hair straightener, iron and ironing board, steamer for clothing, king bed, queen sofa bed, beach coolers, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, laundry basket, A/C, ceiling fans, covered lanai, swimming pool, communal bbq, elevator, assigned parking, and coin op laundry on site.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />It's a secure building in that the key is required to operate the elevator. The key also gives access to the condo, swimming pool area, and coin-op laundry. The parking spot number for our condo is 25.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />(1) Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the STVR (short term vacation rental) shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.<br /><br />(2) Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.<br /><br />(3) Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area.<br /><br />(4) The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.<br /><br />License #: STVR-19-351628<br />TA-073-931-8272-01<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />STVR-19-351628
