The unit has modern amenities with lots of personal touches. It’s located on the top floor (no one above you). The bathroom has a spa like feel with a waterfall shower head and great water pressure. Enjoy oceanfront coffee mornings and evening dining to breathtaking sunsets (Fall/Winter) on your surprisingly private lanai. <br /><br />Amenities include a quiet mini-split air conditioner (rare in this complex), 43” 4K Samsung Smart TV, full size refrigerator with freezer, hot plate, pots/pans, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, cooking seasonings, bbq supplies, wine glasses, every kitchen utensil you’ll need, kitchenware, hair dryer, clothing steamer, beach equipment (beach chairs, beach towels, beach mats, coolers, etc), board games, and more. <br /><br />No need for a car as the location is arguably the best in all of Kona. Walkable in just minutes to everything you'll need. On the premises there is also an inviting pool, hot tub and gas barbecues for guests. App based payment -Laundry is also available on site. Pillow topped comfortable queen bed.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The unit is located on the top floor of a 3 story building facing the ocean. Stair access only (no elevators). Parking is free and is plentiful during the day, but can be limited in the evening (first come). If the parking lot is full in the evening when you arrive, there is free street parking near the lobby.
