NEW! Welcome to my newly designed classy Suite, just 50 yards from the Pacific Ocean, abundant shops and restaurants, and right in the heart of Kailua-Kona. It is nested in a beautiful tropical lush green oasis surrounded with scented plumeria, abundant rain forest flowers, banana trees and towering coconut trees. I invested MY heart for a lifetime and it will leave YOUR heart yearning to return!<br />Enjoy my coffee, tea, shower wash and shampoo.<br />Aloha!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />My Suite includes AC, a work space desk with free WiFi, electric outlet at the desk , USB ports and a touch control desk lamp with adjustment for evening or day time lighting. This space also doubles up as a vanity area for the ladies or the gents:) There is a small safe for your valuables that you code yourself. Please remember your own 4 pattern code because after 3 failed attempts the alarm will activate!!<br /><br />Just a 50 yard stroll out of the peaceful location and through the tropical grounds you will be surprised to find yourself in the middle of restaurants, bars and shops that line the Ocean Front of Alii Drive.<br /><br />On my private balcony there is a new cocktail-height table with wicker chairs and a pool -facing couch for talking story and sipping on your favorite beverage. You will find all you need to prepare a refreshing breakfast with a clear pool view while enjoying complimentary coffee, coffee creamer, sugar and teas. The mojito finches may join you as they start their day eating berries from the proud schefflera tree that provides cool morning shade for you.<br /><br />For the beach: I supply 2 new beach chairs, new beach towels, a hard plastic cooler, ice packs, zip lock bags, paper plates, plastic cutlery and napkins.<br /><br />Go shopping and make use of my new mid-size fridge and freezer so you can enjoy the freshness of local food delights from the local eclectic farmers market just 50 yards away that also sells local gifts and souvenirs.<br />After your busy sightseeing day come and cool off in the clear blue fresh-water swimming pool. For those of you who wish to continue enjoying the tropical heat you can simply relax in the daily sanitized hot tub spa and watch the dance of the evening tiki torches that frame the pool and hot tub grounds.<br /><br />In the sweet balmy evening, you can romantically dine on my private balcony under the soft light of the pool tiki torches without disturbance of other guests walking by and spoiling the moment. For a more sociable poolside dinner from the BBQ grill I supply all grill utensils, containers and acrylic plates and acrylic glasses for pool-side use. <br /><br />Once back indoors you can shower using a variety of complimentary Bath and Body Aromatherapy Shower Wash and shampoo and conditioner. Then sit back and feel at home on a new reclining leather couch while watching my new 55" smart TV. The TV includes ROKU and complimentary cable (please do not use pay per view) You may add your own TV Apps but remember to remove them and any passwords before you leave. There is no liability held for other guests using your TV Apps.<br /><br />At the end of the day relax in my new Serta iComfort memory foam queen bed with an electric adjustable base. All of this to encourage serenity sleeping before you venture out the next morning to discover the Island's beauty and history.<br /><br />Come and savor the flavor of your longed-for Aloha Island Vacation. Aloha and Welcome!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have the whole apartment, private entry and private balcony and will not share any interior spaces.<br /><br />Please note: Parking is on a first come first served basis because we are one of the few properties offering free parking therefore parking can sometimes be limited. Extra free parking is outside the property gate on the high street. Your parking pass given to you at check in authorizes your vehicle to park on property. Please display it at all times. It does not guarantee you parking on property. Please ask the staff for alternative parking if needed at check in. They will be happy to assist.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There are security cameras set up around the property but there are no cameras inside the unit. When you check in please be sure to have your ID, your confirmation of reservation and car rental information including license plate.
