(no ocean view from this unit though!)<br />Trendy little unit with all the comforts of home, including mini-split system A/C!<br /><br />Please note than now all Airbnb traveler fees are included in the shown rates (Airbnb fee is 15.5%)<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />One bedroom apartment with Barn Doors to divide bedroom from living area<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to the condo and all resort amenities (pool, Jacuzzi, etc.)<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please note than now all Airbnb traveler fees are included in the shown rates (Airbnb fee is 15.5%)<br /><br />I provide personal items such as shampoo/conditioner and bath bar soap for guests, as well as all other soaps (liquid hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher, and dish soap).<br /><br />In regards to beach supplies, want to mention that we do not provide snorkel equipment, due to sanitation issues, nor boogie boards or beach umbrellas due to possible loss or damage with each guest (impossible to keep them maintained and/or replaced constantly). There is often this equipment left in condo from previous renters, but it is not maintained and is guests responsibility to clean properly for use or check to make sure they are functional.
