It features a sofa (has a queen sofa Bed), bar dining area, outdoor seating, and appliances that provide the comfort of a home. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, and microwave. Washers and dryers are available on-site, but they are not in the unit itself and operate on coins or an pay app.<br /><br />This two-bedroom unit have its own AC units installed apart from the AC unit in the main living area (Total of 3 AC units) and ceiling fans fans to facilitate air circulation. The clean and simple design caters to travelers, creating ample space for relaxation.<br /><br />In Bedroom 1, you'll find a brand new King bed, a dresser, and a full closet. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, a dresser, and a full closet. There is plenty of space to make you feel at home during a weekend getaway or enjoy a snowbird paradise!<br /><br />The unit provides beach chairs, beach towels, boogie board, and some additional light water equipment for beach outings.<br /><br />Other amenities include an iron, a hairdryer, a Ninja blender, and all kitchen essentials to cook, eat, & drink.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The guest have access to entire home. The entrance to the entire home is using a digital key pad. The unique code would be shared with each guest 3 days prior to arrival. <br />The guest will be given a single key to access pool, laundromat, and access to go ocean water through a small gate next to pool. The single key provides access to all three areas. <br />The BBQ at recreation area by pool is available by first come first basis. There is a board where you can put your name/time/date and schedule to book a spot for your own BBQ time.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Kona Shores is home to residents and neighbors. We ask that guests are mindful of this and respect house quiet hours. We also ask that when using the laundry, BBQ, or other on site facilities that you do not leave items unattended as these common places are public.
