Located on the second floor of the four-story building, this oceanfront condo boasts first-class views as well as excellent proximity to Kona town and all activities. (Single A/C blower located in living room - not separate one in guest bedroom)<br /><br />Watch world-class surfers ride the waves while dolphins frolic in their wake. Enjoy seasonal whale watching right from your lanai and get a close up view of the giant sea turtles that come up on shore to sun themselves! (No touching though!)<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have full access to the condo and the resort amenities!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Condo is Unit #203<br />In regards to beach supplies, want to mention that we do not provide snorkel equipment, due to sanitation issues, nor boogie boards or beach umbrellas due to possible loss or damage with each guest (impossible to keep them maintained and/or replaced constantly). There is often this equipment left in condo from previous renters, but it is not maintained and is guests responsibility to clean properly for use or check to make sure they are functional.
