In addition to the living room space, it will also allow the bedroom to be cooled separately!!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our condo is a one bedroom and one bath top (third) floor unit in Kona Isle - an ocean front complex on Ali’i Drive. From the private lanai you get a beautiful view of the ocean to the west and mountain views to the east. The condo has an open concept kitchen and living room area with air-conditioning, a brand new queen-sized sofa sleeper, and plenty of space to lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Ceiling fans help keep the condo comfortable and a stacked washer and dryer set add to the convenience. The private bedroom also includes a memory foam queen bed and plenty of storage to unpack.<br /><br />Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and a boogie board are included!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Kona Isle is a peaceful complex, which includes a solar heated swimming pool near the ocean and a private beach area with lounge chairs, picnic tables, and community gas barbecue grills - a perfect place to catch a sunset or just listen to the waves. The complex is ideally situated near shops, restaurants, beaches, golf courses, hiking trails, and historical state parks. Jump on the Kona Trolley on Ali'i Drive or ride share bikes nearby.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />As a fully registered and licensed short term rental, we are required by the State of Hawaii to collect a 14.75% tax on the rent from every guest. Please note: as of January, 2022 the County of Hawaii is also collecting a 3% transient tax. This is in addition to the state.
