The condo is top notch quality following a complete renovation. It has 3 bedrooms, all with A/C units, and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen and bath cabinets are cappuccino maple with elegant granite counters. Tile flooring completes downstairs rooms, lanai, and living area. The loft has the highest quality vinyl flooring. The condo has vaulted ceilings with panoramic ocean and golf course views. The complex has 3 pools, hot tubs, and two private tennis courts surrounded by lush tropical landscape.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />After a full remodel, our place is one of the highest quality units in all of Kona! The entire condo is light, bright, and spectacular inside with views from the lanai that are second to none. Both master bedrooms feature full king beds with en-suite bathrooms that include showers and the third bedroom features two twin beds that are perfect for children or friends who would like to share a room. Dinner on the lanai is a special experience; overlooking tropical trees and native flowers, lava rock formations, a manicured golf course, and a stunning view of the majestic blue Pacific ocean! Turn on the ceiling fans, open the sliding glass doors with the screens closed, open the front door with the privacy screen closed, and let the soft and gentle ocean breezes flow through the home - you'll want to relax there all day. Finally, don't forget to head out to the lanai to watch the sunset on the ocean, if you're lucky you may even catch a green flash!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will have full access to all rooms in the unit. There is a crawl space closet in the loft master bedroom that is accessible for the owners personal use only.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Guests should make themselves at home and treat our condo like they would there own home - please take special care of our beautiful place. While our wish for our guests is that they create lasting memories with their family and friends, we also would appreciate if our guests honored our wishes to not hold large events or parties at our unit. While entertaining is acceptable, please limit your guests to no more than 6 people per visit.
